Gloomy Horizons provides pet care services throughout Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. Our core coverage includes Manchester city centre, Salford, Trafford, Stockport, and surrounding suburbs within a 15-mile radius of our Salford Quays office.

We're constantly expanding our coverage area. If you're located outside our standard zone, please get in touch—we may still be able to accommodate your needs or can recommend trusted providers in your area.

For overnight and extended boarding services, we can arrange pickup and drop-off for an additional transport fee.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

We aim to respond to all emails within 4 hours during business hours. For urgent matters, please indicate this in your subject line and we'll prioritise your message.

Do you offer consultations before booking?

Absolutely. We provide a free meet-and-greet session where you can introduce us to your pet and discuss their specific needs. This helps ensure a good fit before any commitment.

What's your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled service are fully refundable. Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% fee to cover carer scheduling.

Are you available for emergencies?

We offer emergency coverage for existing clients whenever possible. If you have an urgent situation, email us with "URGENT" in the subject line and we'll do our best to help.
