• Prices displayed are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are subject to change without notice
• Payment terms will be communicated upon booking confirmation

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled service are fully refundable
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may incur a 50% fee
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee
• We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your pet, including health conditions, behavioural issues, and vaccination status
• Ensure your pet is up to date on vaccinations and parasite prevention
• Provide all necessary supplies for your pet's care (food, medication, leads, etc.)
• Inform us of any changes to your pet's health or behaviour
• Ensure safe access to your property for home visits

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets in our care:

• We are not liable for any pre-existing health conditions or injuries not caused by our negligence
• We carry professional liability insurance for incidents occurring during our care
• Our liability is limited to the amount covered by our insurance policy
• We are not responsible for damage caused by your pet to third parties or their property
